Loch Lomond Golf Course

The course at Loch Lomond Golf was designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish. It is a Course of outstanding beauty and appeal and ranks among the best in the world, technically and aesthetically. Its 660 acres were part of the Colquhoun Estate.

The restored 18th century seat of the Colquhouns  - Rossdhu House is a truly extraordinary Clubhouse. The apartments of the Garden Cottages and the Carriage House host standards of comfort and elegance in a most peaceful setting. Even their names - the Lady Colquhoun suite, the Inchmurrin Suite evoke images of soft furnishings and lighting, four poster beds.  The restoration of the building was a mammoth  task completed in July 1997 and was completed within the guidelines of Historic Scotland.

Beyond the golf, there are many sporting activities - fishing in the Loch itself or on nearby Lochs and rivers; clay pigeon shooting; game shooting; cruises on the Loch; visits to some of the many Castles and Abbeys within easy driving distance.
